The businessman had filed for a divorce from his wife as some "irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties that have led to the irreparable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife," as said by dailymail.

Zurkuhlen filed for divorce in February, after which Dorfman also announced her engagement with another woman. According to People, under the proposed terms of the judgment, both Tommy and Peter have to pay for spousal support. However, it is also stated that Dorfman and Zurkuhlen's property will be broken down, including physical property and bank accounts.
