Brown has been in a relationship with Mebel for nearly two years. The couple started dating nearly six months after the TV personality broke off his engagement with Ian Jordan in 2020. Karamo and Jordan were dating for nine years and engaged for two years at the time of their split in the summer of 2020.
Soon after his break up with Ian, Karamo befriended Carlos and the two eventually started dating. He opened up about his relationship with the professional photographer during an interview with Page Six.
The I Am Okay to Feel author expressed that things were going great with Mebel. He also mentioned that he was ready to exchange his matrimonial vows as his "biological clock" was ticking. Brown opened up about dropping subtle hints but said he didn't want to pressure his partner into getting married.

Brown Is A Father Of Two
Karamo Brown kids are his two sons Jason Brown and Christian Brown. Jason is 26 years old, whereas Christian is 22.
Karamo wasn't aware that he was a father until his son turned 10 years old. The Real World star, who came out at the age of 16, had last dated a girlfriend when he was 15 in high school. His baby mama got pregnant and moved away but didn't inform him of the child.
10 years after his son Jason was born, Brown received a child support subpoena. After finding out he had a son, Karamo became excited, confused, and angry at the same time.
He was initially enraged at his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Brooks for hiding the fact for 10 years but came to the understanding that the decision to do so was influenced by the adults in her life.

The 42-year-old came out to his father when he was 17 years old. His conservative dad didn't take his son's sexuality and the two became estranged from each other. It took over 10 years for Karamo and his dad to reunite.
After coming to terms with his homophobia, Brown's father reached out to him and apologized for cutting him off. Queer Eye later helped him understand the perspective of people from minority communities.
The two watched season six of Queer Eye during a vacation. Angel Flores, a trans-athlete, was featured in the second episode. After the episode ended, Kamaro's dad opened up about finally understanding how wrong he was. He further mentioned that, like Angel, his son also deserved to be loved and respected.
Later in 2019, Karamo dedicated one of his dance performances at Dancing with the Stars to his dad. He also invited his Caribbean dad to California to watch him perform live.
