How Did Aaron Tveit Brother Jon Tveit Become A Priest?
Aaron Tveit's brother, Jon Tveit, was inspired by his teacher at Minisink. While interacting with his teacher inside and outside of the classroom, he started thinking about faith.
After his interaction with his educator, the concept of faith started to make more intellectual sense. Jon grew up singing in the church's choir, but when he was young, he didn't have much personal faith.
He was able to experience faith and Christ for the first time when he was at Boston College, where he had a deep conversion of heart through the beauty of the liturgy, sacred music, and architecture.
He began to understand faith as a student at his high school in Slate Hill and Boston College, and his belief was also influenced after he attended Pope Benedict XVI's Mass at Yankee Stadium in 2008.
His family also had an influence on his beliefs and faith in God, as he was raised Catholic. His grandparents' faith also inspired him.
On March 20, 2022, he was reassigned to a new parish. For almost three years, he has been a spiritual leader for Our Lady of the Lakes Council. Currently, he is a priest in the Archdiocese of New York.
